Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater on PS2 is a 2004 action-adventure stealth game developed and published by Konami for the PlayStation 2. It was released in late 2004 and is set in 1964 during the Cold War, where you control Naked Snake on a mission deep inside Soviet territory. The game focuses on survival, stealth, camouflage, and close-quarters combat, making use of jungle terrain, stamina management, and environmental awareness in a way that pushed the PS2 hardware hard.
